To build a platform to provide COBRA insurance by partnering with employers to ensure existing employees have the support they need to find affordable alternatives to COBRA by using AI and automation to enhance personalized user experience.
The Solution:
Developed an interactive and intelligent platform that pulls the most up-to-date data on insurance rates based on user profiles. This platform worked as a copilot for users to help them purchase the insurance most suited to their needs by connecting to the most suitable insurance provider. Additionally, the platform provided automation that eliminated the user's manual work, such as filling out forms and comparing insurance options, making the insurance purchasing process faster and more convenient.
